SV	Want gelijk het lichaam een is, en vele leden heeft, en al de leden van dit ene lichaam, vele zijnde, [maar] een lichaam zijn, alzo ook Christus.

ASV	For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
BE	For as the body is one, and has a number of parts, and all the parts make one body, so is Christ.

Web	For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
Weym	For just as the human body is one and yet has many parts, and all its parts, many as they are, constitute but one body, so it is with the Church of Christ.
